Tilley gained a bachelor's degree with honours in Primary English Education from Brighton University, UK.
After teaching in Dubai for two years she moved to Kuwait in 2019, arriving at BSK as a Year 3 Class Teacher and has carried out this role for the last two years. Tilley currently holds the position of Head of Year 3 in the Junior Phase. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and skiing in the snowy mountains.
